Directions to Long Wharf Medical Center

If you are traveling to New Haven on I-95 South:

Take Exit 46/Long Wharf Drive. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Sargent Drive. On the right you will see a sign for the Yale-New Haven Health building. Take an immediate right onto Church Street extension. Parking is in the rear of the building.

If you are traveling to New Haven on I-95 North:

Take Exit 46/Long Wharf Drive. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Long Wharf Drive. At the next light, turn left onto Canal Dock, and left again at the light onto Sargent Drive. Continue to the Yale-New Haven Health building. Take the immediate right following onto Church St. extension.

If you are traveling to New Haven on I-91 South:

Travel south to the interchange of I-91 and I-95 in downtown New Haven. At the merge, take I-95 South to Exit 46. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Sargent Drive. On the right you will see a sign for the Yale-New Haven Health building. Take an immediate right onto Church Street extension. Parking is in the rear of the building.

If you are traveling to New Haven on the Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway from the direction of New York City:

On the Parkway, take Exit 54 for the connector to I-95. On I-95 North, take Exit 46. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Long Wharf Drive. At the next light, turn left onto Canal Dock, and left again at the light onto Sargent Drive. Continue to the Yale-New Haven Health building. Take the immediate right following onto Church St. extension.

If you are traveling to New Haven on the Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway from the direction of Hartford:

On the Parkway, take Exit 57 to Route 34 East. Follow Route 34 East for 4.4 miles to Ella T. Grasso Boulevard. Turn right at the light on E.T. Grasso (Route 34 E. & Route 10 South.) On E.T. Grasso, continue about 2 miles and follow the signs for I-95 North. Take I-95 North to Exit 46. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Long Wharf Drive. Pass under highway. At the next light, turn left onto Canal Dock, and left again at the light onto Sargent Drive. Continue to the Yale-New Haven Health building. Take the immediate right following onto Church St. extension.

If you are traveling to New Haven on Route 34 East from the direction of Waterbury:

Follow Route 34 East. After crossing the Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway, go 4.4 miles to E.T. Grasso Boulevard. Turn right at the light on E.T. Grasso (Route 34 East and Route 10 South). On E.T. Grasso, continue for about 2 miles and follow the signs for I-95 North. Take I-95 North to Exit 46. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Long Wharf Drive. Pass under the highway. At the next light, turn left onto Canal Dock, and left again at the light onto Sargent Drive. Continue to the Yale-New Haven Health building. Take the immediate right following onto Church St. extension.
