To request relocation of rodents within Yale University, please complete this form and submit it using the button at the end.
After submission you will receive a confirmation by Email.
After the relocation is approved, you will be notified by Email.
Transfer of animals should be arranged through the YARC supervisor in the area of origin.
Please note that IF serologic testing is required prior to relocation this may take 2-3 weeks to complete.
Missing information may cause delays in processing the request.
