Please note: "Normal" means oligos containing only A, G, C, or T (U for
RNA or 2'OMe) connected by normal phosphodiester linkages and having 3' and 5'
hydroxyl groups.
This includes normal trityl-on oligos and/or
DNA oligos with equimolar mixtures of any 2, 3 or all 4 residues as long
as you use the single letter coding listed on the ordering
screen. Remember that DNA oligos with mixed bases at the
3' end must be made at the 0.2 or 1.0 micromole scales because mixed-base
columns are not available for the 40/50 nanomole scale.
