Biophysics Resource

Keck Foundation Biotechnology Resource Laboratory at Yale University

The Biophysical Resource is a facility operated by  Keck Foundation Biotechnology Resource Laboratory at Yale University.   We currently have resources to study oligomeric state of biomolecular assemblies, as well as thermodynamics and kinetics of macromolecular interactions using:  laser light scattering detectors: multiangle laser light scattering detector and dynamic light scattering detector (MALLS and DLS), isothermal microcalorimetry (ITC), surface plasmon resonance biosensor (SPR), stopped-flow spectrofluorometer, fluorescence polarization system, and fluorescence spectrophotometer.
