HHMI Biopolymer/Keck Foundation Biotechnology Resource Laboratory at Yale University

The Biophysical Resource is a facility operated by HHMI Biopolymer/Keck Foundation Biotechnology Resource Laboratory at Yale University.   We opened our doors in 1998 and have since served  researchers on diverse projects.  We currently have resources to study oligomeric state of biomolecular assemblies, thermodynamics and kinetics of macromolecular interactions using the following instrumentation:
refractive index and laser light scattering detectors, stopped-flow spectrofluorometer, fluorescence polarization system, and fluorescence spectrophotometer.
Spectrofluorometer
 Stopped-Flow Spectrofluorometer
