How the AV tutorials work Please note: the tutorials currently only use PC screens but the actual processes are virtually identical for Macs. Future updates will include Mac screens. How to view an AV tutorial AVI clips are first downloaded to your computer, and can be played with WindowsMedia Player or QuickTime Player. The RealVideo clips stream in real time on the Yale network and require RealPlayer version 7 or higher on your computer. Click here to download the free RealPlayer Basic. Some AVI clips have been saved in ZIP format for faster downloads. These must be unzipped before playing. Computing Requirements
