Participants are presented an overview of the Human Resources System (HRS) on BMS. The first part of the workshop covers what the HRS application is, how it interacts with Oracle HR and LD, using the HRS application, creating BMS HR reports, and an overview of on-line profiles. The latter part focuses on policies and procedures associated with preparing on-line profiles and includes examples of the most common types of on-line profiles.

Who Should Attend

YSM staff who input data into the BMS System, e.g., employee profiles, HR reports. This workshop is appropriate for individuals who are new to BMS HR system or those who haven’t used it in some time and need a refresher.
