Fungal and bacterial sepsis: Investigate the protective capacity of various biological response modifiers (BRM) alone and in combination with amphotericin B in systemic fungal sepsis. Investigate the effect of bacterial endotoxemia on cytokine response in both in vivo and in vitro systems. 1991-1994

Rat model: Study of allograft rejection and sepsis using heterotopic small bowel transplantation model.
