Research Interest
1) I have published empirical research on the prediction of violence in psychiatric populations and theoretical work on the questionable usefulness of doing so.

2) Psychiatric jurisprudence is the philosophy of law as it applies to the mentally disordered. I have published empirical and theoretical research on the principles of criminal law as they apply to the mentally disordered and on the role of the assessment of "mental incapacity".
