The PRIME Research Clinic offers integrated and comprehensive services, including: evaluation, assessment, and participation in clinical research.

PRIME Research Clinic services include:

	clinical evaluation and assessment
	neuropsychological testing
	neurological evaluations
	supportive counseling
	follow-along monitoring
	clinical trials

By talking over the phone or in-person with professionals at the PRIME Research Clinic, you can learn more about the changes and how to handle them.

An individual who has a family member with a serious mental illness also may be at risk, especially if the individual is experiencing a decrease in daily functioning, such as serious impairment in work or school, interpersonal difficulties, or behavioral problems. If you have questions about any of the risk factors or are concerned that you or a family member may be experiencing any of the early signs of risk, please contact the PRIME Research Clinic at: 1-866-AT-PRIME or 203-785-2100.
