Research Interests

The focus of the lab is to study proteins involved in inflammation and cancer. X-ray crystallography (or NMR) is used to determine the structure of these proteins or protein complexed to other physiological molecules or small molecule inhibitors. Structural biology is complemented by a variety of other techniques to understand the signaling pathway of these molecules or the mechanism that leads to disease.

X-Ray Facility

The Macromolecular X-ray Core Facility is available for use by individuals at the medical school trained in X-ray crystallography. Visit the website here: http://cellserv.med.yale.edu/imaging/xray/
