Instructions for Submitting a 96-Well Plate for
MALDI-MS Peptide Disease Biomarker Screening

The First Step in submitting a 96-well plate of serum, plasma or other biological fluid/extract to the Keck Laboratory for automated desalting and MALDI-MS analysis is to describe the contents of the 96-well plate and email that description to the Keck Lab. To assist you, we have prepared an Excel Template File that you can download. This template file should be filled out and then sent as an attached file by email to Thomas Abbott.

Step Two of the submission process is to download, print, and fill out in writing the Keck Laboratory's Sample Submission Sheet.

Step Three of the submission process is to deliver (on the date and time indicated on the template form that was submitted by email) the 96-well plate and Sample Submission Sheet to the Keck Lab at the following address:
