Movement Disorders

The Movement Disorders group within the Yale Department of Neurology comprises of a group of physicians and scientists dedicated to the recognition, evaluation, treatment, and understanding of the full range of movement disorders. The Yale Movement Disorders Clinics provide consultations and care for any patients with movement disorders, including Parkinson's disease and related illnesses, tremor disorders, choreas, dystonias, unidentified movement disorders, tic disorders, non-epileptiform myoclonus, secondary movement disorders (such as those induced by other illnesses or medications), and others. Our clinics are active teaching clinics and provide the full benefits of including and educating resident specialists, students, and visiting physicians.
