- Window "a": time window. The red bar stands for
the current time.
- Window "b": input window. The blue line represents
the input to the first inhibitory population (I1),
while the green line stands for the input to the
second inhibitory population (I2).
- Window "c": population vector (PV) window.
Population vector is calculated from the circular mean
of the activity of neurons in the excitatory
population.
- Window "d": network activity window.
Red, blue, and green lines represent the activity
profile of the excitatory (E), the first inhibitory
(I1), and the second inhibitory (I2) population,
respectively.
- Window "e": spike window. Neurons are aligned
according to the preferred direction, from 0 degree to
360 degrees. Each bar stands for a spike discharged by
this neuron.
Red, blue, and green lines represent the activity
profile of the excitatory (E), the first inhibitory
(I1), and the second inhibitory (I2) population,
respectively.
