Medical Article Copy Service (MACS)

Articles or book chapters available in the Yale Cushing/Whitney Medical Library or the Kline Science Library may be photocopied free of charge if they are in printed format. This service is available to Yale faculty and staff.

If you require a copy of an article from an electronic journal, the fee is $6.00 and may be charged to your PTAEO or to your charge card. Cash payment is also accepted in the Document Delivery Office, Room L111, in the Sterling Hall of Medicine. If you need assistance printing an article from an electronic journal, please call the Document Delivery Office at 785-5358 or 785-4359.

Average turn-around time is 24 hours.

Same day service is available if your order is received before 3:00 p.m.

Delivery methods include: electronic Document Delivery (eDD), fax, pick-up at the Yale Cushing/Whitney Medical Library's Circulation Desk, U.S. mail to your home address or campus mail to your Yale address.
