The Department of Laboratory Medicine provides residency training in dedicated Clinical Pathology as well as in combined anatomic and clinical pathology, the latter jointly with the Department of Pathology. Training is carried out at the Yale New Haven Medical Center and at the Connecticut VA Medical Center. Fellowship training in Transfusion Medicine, Microbiology and Hematopathology is also offered.
