IgM Gel:

IgM Kappa GelIgM kappa M-component identified by Immunofixation Electrophoresis. This patient with Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia had a large monoclonal component leading to hyperviscosity syndrome. The latter responded well to plasma pheresis.
