Testing is performed for the specified drug classes only. As with any assay, false positive and false negative results may occur. Positive results (except where noted) will be [issued as a preliminary report] , and subsequently confirmed by another method with a final report issued in one or two weeks. Results are intended for medical management purposes. Formal chain of custody documentation is not maintained on clinical specimens.
