Work-up for odynophagia

Endoscopy:
Several shallow esophageal ulcers, some of them healing, most consistent with viral esophagitis, but also consistent with healing candidal esophagitis. Biopsy of ulcers performed.
Polypoid mass in the cardia of the stomach consistent with inflammatory polyp
