Received letter status update

I have 2 co-sponsors, but the invitation form allows only 1 invitation what should I do?

In general you have two options

 

  • Ask all your sponsors to write one letter and have 1 of them submit it
  • Request (using our contact form) that an additional invitation be provided for your additional sponsors. You will need to supply the email addresses of any additional invitations you require. Once the invitations have been enabled--they will appear in your regular invitation screen once you login to the application system.

Travel Reimbursement Policy

 Fellows of The Jane Coffin Childs Memorial Fund for Medical Research are entitled to request reimbursement for attending scientific meeting(s) related to their field of research during their tenure as a fellow.  The amount allotted for this travel is $600.00 per year of said appointment or $1,800.00 total for three years ($1,200.00 for a two year appointment).  You may choose to use the $1,800.00 for reimbursement for one or more meetings, providing the funds are not available from any other source. This travel expense will cover all charges incurred to attend the meeting such as registration fee, transportation, lodging and meals.  There is no geographical restriction.

Please note that any supplementary attachments you upload to this online form must also be printed out and included with each copy of the rest of your application.
