What are the computer system requirements for using this online application?
My invitation letter status has not changed. Help!
Note that it may take up to 3 business days to update your letter status after we have received letters sent by your referees/sponsor. Please do not email or call us to ask whether we received your email until this time has passed. Thank you.
- You will need a web browser that has Javascript activated.
- Supported web browsers include
- Internet Explorer 5 and above,
- Netscape 6 and above,
- Firefox 1 and above.
- Do not use AOL's internal browser.
NB: It has been reported by Macintosh users that printing/submitting the complete application does not work. Please switch to a PC system to print/submit your complete application whilst this problem is being corrected.
Update: Safari (for Macintosh users) does not work with this application.
