What should I expect when I submit a recommendation?

My invitation letter status has not changed. Help!

Note that it may take up to 3 business days to update your letter status after we have received letters sent by your referees/sponsor. Please do not email or call us to ask whether we received your email until this time has passed. Thank you.

Two things:
  1. You will receive a "Thank you" notice from our system. If you do not see this in your email inbox, please check your junk mail folder as your email system may have filtered it out of your inbox.
  2. The applicant you are recommending will also receive a notice
    1. By email
    2. On their application
Please trawl through your junk mail if you don't receive any of these notices. Note also that the email may take up to 1 day to be received.
