Yale Occupational and Environmental Medicine is located at the corner of College and George Streets in Downtown New Haven.
 

From I-95 and I-91
Take the Downtown New Haven Exit. When on the Route 34 Connector, take Exit 1 onto North Frontage Road. Go straight on North Frontage Road through one stoplight (Church Street). 

20 feet before the next light, turn right for the parking lot in the back of the building. At the entrance, a code is needed to get into the parking lot. Please obtain the code when you shcedule your appointment. 
 

From Merrit/Wilbur Cross Parkway
Take Exit 57 onto Route 34 South. Follow this road (it becomes George Street) to Temple Street. Turn right onto Temple and follow it until it merges with North Frontage Road. Follow the directions above from North Frontage Road.
