Research Activities
Dr. Chaudhry’s research is directed toward improving the quality
of care for persons with chronic disease. She is currently exploring
the use of telemonitoring to facilitate disease management for patients
with heart failure. She is also interested in assessing patient-level
promoters and barriers to the adoption of technology based disease management
strategies. In addition, she is interested in delineating clinical predictors
of imminent hospitalization in heart failure patients.
