Clinical and Teaching Activities

Dr. Reisman sees internal medicine patients in the VA primary care clinic and women’s center. She is Co–Director of the Yale Internal Medicine Writers’ Workshop. Her teaching activities with residents and medical students include precepting in the longitudinal women’s clinic and in the ambulatory block rotation. She teaches regular seminars on telephone medicine, doctor–patient communication, and writing and medicine. Teaching activities with medical students include practicing the medical interview using standardized patients, the Healer’s Art elective, and Power Day.
