Active Clinical Trials
- Chromium Effects on Insulin and Vascular Function in People at Risk for Diabetes
- Mindfulness training for alcohol and cocaine addiction.
- We are currently enrolling subjects with alcohol and cocaine problems in both inpatient (5 weeks of treatment) and outpatient studies (9-12 weeks of treatment) to assess the efficacy of a mindfulness-based relapse prevention treatment. Both studies are run through Yale University School of Medicine in conjunction with the Connecticut Mental Health Center (CMHC, inpatient), and the Substance Abuse Treatment Unit (SATU, outpatient). Subjects will receive treatment and will be paid for participation. Interested persons can contact Judson Brewer, MD, PhD directly at 203-974-7551.
