The new LSR II is up and running.

It is equipped with a Blue 488 , a Violet 405 , a Red 635 and a Green 532 lasers.

With excitation at 532 users will be able to analyze many of the fluorescent proteins, cell tracker probes (such as CMTMR) and Alexa Fluor 532-568 dyes.

The PMT configuration is different from the old LSR II.
