FITC and Alexa Fluor 488(FL1 channel)

PE (FL2)

PerCP, PE-Cy5, PerCP-Cy5.5 and PE-Cy7 for FL3 channel

APC and Alexa 647 for FL4

The facility has four FACSCaliburs:

FACSCalibur, equipped with FACSFlow Supply System

(20 L Sheath tank capacity,convenient for longer experiments)

FACSCalibur L, with AutoLoader option

FACSCalibur M and FACSCalibur S

Please note that Pe-Cy5 and APC should not be used simultaniously on FACSCaliburs
