Our MoFlo high-speed cell sorter was upgraded for 4 -way sorting.

Now the users have a choice of sorting 4 cell populations

at one time. Some conditions may apply, such as collection tubes

can be only 5 ml or smaller etc, and experimental pressure might

need to be reduced.

As always, it is necessary to discuss with the Cell Sorter operator

details of experiment in advance.
