Announcement of meeting in Philadelphia October 6, 2000

Our next meeting will be Philadelphia in association with the meetings of the American Society of Human Genetics (Oct. 3-7, 2000).   • Chicken Wellington
    Flaky puff pastry envelopes this plump boneless, skinless breast stuffed
    with classic mushroom. Served over "poulet jus".
  • Grilled Sirloin of Beef
    Chargrilled New York strip steak served medium rare with a mushroom
    demi-glace or with natural "au jus".

German Chocolate Cake

Notes:

  • Faculty Club at Jefferson, is located on Mezzanine floor, Jefferson Alumni Hall, 1020 Locust Street (between 10th & 11th), Philadelphia.
  • Entrees are accompanied by confetti rice and fresh whole green beans steamed in a vegetable herb broth. Included are rolls and butter.
  • Freshly brewed coffee (reg. & decaf.), and tea assortment will be served.
  • Dinner fee is $32.00 (regular) and $25.00 (students) for the members and non-members. Advance registrants will receive a complementary gift from the host (see the "Advance Registration" below).

MEGA’s Annual Meeting will be in session right after the dinner (around 8:00 PM).

  1. Report of the President (update on the current status of the Association)
  2. Report of the Secretary (may include information on the upcoming Saudi Arabia Meeting if Dr. Mohsen will not present at the meeting)
  3. Report of the Treasurer (financial status)
  4. Report on Cairo Meeting (Dr. Teebi may deliver this)
