Cashier's Window

We have moved!!
Our new location is:
333 Cedar Street I-100/110 SHM
(Sterling Hall of Medicine)
next to the guard station

The Cashier's Window is open Monday-Friday during the following hours. Please bring your valid Yale ID. For your protection, access is by card swipe only.

10:00 am - 12:00 pm
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

  • Petty Cash reimbursements up to $500/person/day. Each voucher must be $200 or less.
  • Travel and Expense Advances (Cash max is $200/person, balance in American Express Traveler's Checks)
  • Please bring your current Yale ID with you. For your protection, access is by card swipe only.
  • Deposits may be dropped off 24 hours a day.
  • A secure depository has been provided for your convenience at I 100 SHM. Instruction for it's use are posted next to the door.
