Planning

Planning activities include the master plan of the campus, space planning and programming of existing and new facilities, capital planning and capital budgeting. Guidance and support is provided to the Senior Administration regarding the physical development of the campus, strategic initiatives and improvements of campus buildings and space in support of the School of Medicine’s mission.
