Warranty Period

Overview

The warranty period duration is typically one year after the date of Substantial Completion. During this time period if there are deficiencies in the project they should be reported to Building Services & Operations who will determine if the issue is a warranty issue or not and will contact the appropriate parties to follow up on the work. The Constructor is expected to respond in a timely fashion to warranty notification. Identified items shall be repaired promptly and the Constructor must report back to the BS&O representative of completion of work.

Maintenance

All maintenance issues are addressed by Building Services & Operations. If you have a concern call the dispatch at 785-4620.

10 Month Review

Two months prior to the expiration of the one-year Warranty period Building Services & Operations will review all systems to be assured that there are no outstanding issues that need be addressed.
