Longyear
George
began working at Yale in 1989 in the Facilities Department for
Central Campus. He joined the School of Medicine in 1999. In
his present position as Associate Director of YSM Facilities,
Operations Center, he is responsible for overseeing BS&O Customer
Service Center, YSM Leased Properties, YSM Parking/Transit, YSM
Student Housing and YSM Dining Services. Email George

Ed
Bebyn
Ed has been working for Yale University for 21 years in the University Dining
Services before joining the Medical School in 2002. Ed has been in the customer
service business for an extensive time including involvement in trade organization
and lecturing on similar subjects. Ed is now a Manager in the Operation Center
with direct responsibilities over the Customer Service Center and the Parking/Transit

Dave
LaRocca
Dave has worked for the Medical School for 20 years. He has served in many capacities
as an equipment mechanic, Manager of Equipment and presently as a Manager in
the Operations Center as a Projects Coordinator. Dave specializing in maintenance
issue involving leased properties and maintaining critical date in our computerized
management maintenance system. Email Dave
