We invite you to share in our vision of the future: one in which we help to eliminate racial and ethnic disparities in health; harness the power of the genome to prevent infectious and chronic diseases; and develop comprehensive programs to prevent diseases such as cancer. Yale founded one of the country's oldest programs in public health in 1915. Building on the vision of its founder, C-E.A. Winslow, this nationally accredited School of Public Health has played a pivotal role in defining and addressing public health issues and training leaders in public health research, education and practice. Right now, our exciting challenge match allows many of our supporters to double the size of their gifts, maximizing the impact of contributions. Read more about the Challenge Fund for Public Health at Yale, and some of the gifts received by the School to advance its teaching, research and leadership. Mission Statement |
