This page provides the 1st and 2nd year calendars in a prc format for the Palm OS PDA, csv file for import into Outlook, or ics file for your Ipod.

Click on one of the links above to download the schedule file. As some browsers do not know how to interpret the .PRC file extension, each file is available in a .ZIP as well as the native .PRC format.

If you are using a Macintosh and have trouble downloading either of these formats, hold the "Control" key down on your keyboard while clicking on the link. Select "Download Link" and the file will be saved.

Once you have downloaded the file, unzip it if necessary. Double click the .PRC file and your Palm Desktop installation application will launch. You will see your schedule file in the list of applications to be installed upon your next synchronization. Close the install window and synchronize your PDA. The schedule will then integrate with your existing calendar information. The installer database may be deleted from the PDA at this time.

Deleting the installer

Tap the Home icon on your Palm PDA.
Tap the Menu icon below the Home icon
Select Delete from the drop down list
Scroll through the list and locate the Year 1 or Year 2 database file
Tap Delete
Tap Done
