Student RequirementsMatriculationImmunization RequirementsConnecticut State law requires all incoming students to provide written proof of adequate immunization to Measles (Rubeola) and German Measles (Rubella) in order to register for classes. All medical students are also required to provide documentation of immunization to Mumps, Varicella, Hepatitis B, PPD, Tetanus-Diphtheria and polio. A student may request to see his or her file by asking a staff member to pull the file and give it to the student to review. In the current students files are application documents, board scores, and transcripts from other institutions, any matriculation and/or change of status forms, basic science commentaries, and clinical clerkship evaluations.
