Dermatopathology 7:30am Conference Schedule

Available positions - July 2010

This is a one-year-fellowship program, which provides an excellent training in dermatopathology. The fellow is also given an opportunity to extend his/her training for additional six months if desired to work on research projects. The fellowship offers well-balanced large case load of inflammatory and neoplastic skin diseases. Fellows participate in daily sign outs, Grand Rounds presentations, Melanoma Conference, and teaching conferences for the residents. Depending on their primary specialty fellows receive additional training in dermatology or anatomic pathology. Experience in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, interpretation of MOHS specimens, and laboratory management is provided as well. Research projects and presentations at local, national, and international meetings are encouraged.
