Yale Dermatology Associates is a highly effective group of caring physicians, nurses and administrative personnel. The challenge of conducting an efficient clinical practice in the university setting is met by all the individuals who constitute the outpatient dermatology team.

Our five specialty practices cover all dermatological needs:

Dermatologic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology Practice

  • Mohs Surgery for non-melanoma skin cancer
  • Melanoma evaluation and surgery in conjunction with the Yale Cancer Center Melanoma Unit
  • Skin cancer screening
  • Laser surgery including:
    • Ultrapulse Carbon Dioxide laser - skin resurfacing and rejuvenation
    • Pulsed dye laser - for hemangiomas and other vascular growths and warts
    • Pigmented lesion laser for age spots and tattoos
  • Cosmetic dermatologic surgery including:
    • Aging face: techniques for facial rejuvenation including laser and chemical peeling
    • Sclerotherapy for varicose and starburst leg veins

Medical Dermatological Practice - Yale Dermatology Associates, PC.

Focusing on tertiary care (a physician referral is required) as well as return patients. New patients are not accepted without a physician referral. Our physicians at this practice specialize in malignant melanoma, atypical moles, mole-since-birth, skin cancer, pediatric dermatology (under 18 years old), pediatric laser surgery, lupus, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, pemphigus, ichthyosis and inherited disorders of keratinization, patch testing.

Photopheresis Treatment Center

Specializing in the treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) and organ transplant rejection.

Photopheresis Transimmunization

A graduation from photopheresis to transimmunization in development by our scientists to fight some cancers including CTCL.

Phototherapy Center at Yale-New Haven Hospital

Specializing in patients with psoriasis and other light responsive conditions.
