Yale Mouse Research Pathology provides necropsy and histology services to assess phenotype in genetically altered rodents.

Description of services

Whole Mouse Phenotyping Service: Performs gross evaluation, histopathology and documentation of lesions in adult or neonatal mice.
Histology Service: Provides slides and histochemical stains of frozen or paraffin-embedded mouse tissues.
Tissue Array Service: Designs and produces paraffin-embedded tissue arrays of wild-type or genetically engineered mouse material
