Instructions:

  1. NetScape Navigator 2.0 or greater is required to take the course. Contact DeskTop Support if this computer does not have version 2 or higher.

  2. Windows users should check that the proportional font in the NetScape Navigator font preferences is set to 9 point Times New Roman. Larger font sizes will work but you will have to scroll to see the whole screen.

  3. Use the buttons and links on each page to proceed through the course. This diagram shows the basic controls.

  4. On the quiz pages the next and previous buttons are disabled and you will have to use the quiz answer button to proceed.

  5. You may call 7-5026 with any problems or questions regarding using the course.

  6. You will have the opportunity to make general comments about the course at the end of the program. Please do so. This will help us improve this and future instructional material.
