Dawn Russo: Physical Examination

Physical exam reveals a young woman, uncomfortable but in NAD.

Temp 99.8 degrees; RR 26 labored; supine BP = 98/62 HR 116; upright BP 86/50 HR 128.

NC/AT conjunctiva pink, anicteric, PEERLA, EOMI, fundi clear, TMs clear - oropharynx normal.

Resonant, breath sounds clear.

S1 S2, no murmurs.

Normoactive bowel sounds, mild midepigastric tenderness and flank tenderness, no organomegaly or masses.

No CCE.

No masses, nontender, heme -negative.
