No evidence of trauma; eyes and fundi are normal; oropharynx is benign.

Chest
Clear other than diminished breath sounds at the right base with overlying bronchophony.
Heart
RRR with a 1/6 systolic ejection murmur at the base without radiation; no friction rub.
Abdomen
Soft, with some mid epigastric tenderness but no organomegaly.
G/R
Normal; stool heme negative.
Skin
No rash or lesions.
Neurological exam
Nonfocal.
