Edith Earl is a well-developed, tall woman, 20 years of age.

76 with occasional premature beats; BP 118/60; height 68 inches, weight 140 pounds.

Normal.

Normal; no thyromegaly.

No-tender.

Clear to percussion and auscultation.

S1 and S2 Occasionally irregular; PMI palpable in the 5th ICS, MCL; no clicks, murmurs, gallops or rubs.

Soft and non-tender; no organomegaly or mass.

Normal.

Oriented, cognition normal, affect appropriate, appears aprehensive, strength and sensation intact, reflexes 2+ and symmetrical.
